This is outrageous! The Pioneer Press is endorsing candidates based upon unverified research done by Republican blogger Craig Westover.
From IMP: 'The St. Paul Pioneer Press has issued a rare correction in its 2nd Congressional District endorsement. That correction has revealed some flaws in the Pioneer Press’ process that made it possible for a Republican blogger to manipulate the endorsement in favor of Congressman John Kline, also a Republican.'
I went to Westover's blog, we're night and day in political views...so the question is why he did the research? Seems to me the process was flawed from the get-go. But that's probably the only way Kline could get an endorsement.
